This method has 2 distinct parts: the first part, consisting of 5 lessons, deals with the hotel industry and the second part, also comprising 5 lessons, is devoted to the tourism profession. Each lesson presents 3 dialogues. The dialogues are rooted in local reality. The themes of the lessons relate to the 4 domains of social life while reflecting the situations of professional life. These dialogues introduce communicative and professional know-how. The grammar and vocabulary parts contain explanatory tables of the grammatical and lexical elements that appear in the content of the lesson. The simple explanation of the grammatical rules has the advantage of allowing the teacher to use the exercises.
