To my dear granny

This is a true story based on the director's life. A family without its father, a mother who buried her dreams because of reality, a grandma under the attack of con artists, and A-Da who is facing a huge predicament. The story began with a letter, revealing layers of past memories and secrets between family members. Life is always full of unforgettable experiences, but the one that A-Da has the most trouble getting over is the memory of his grandma.

Review : This is a true story based on the director's life. So, I found that this movie is so real, alive. Maybe he added some fiction like his imagination as a kid when a real people come out from a movie and many more but that's so colorful and heartwarming. I really love this movie because it makes me remember my granny too, make me want to hug my granny right now if I can. If you remember Nolan's Memento, that backward movie. This one have that style too but this one is not an action movie but a good real life drama movie about his grandma's life which is in somewhere affect his life too. Love to hear what his grandma teach him, you know all the old saying stuff that our grandma always tell us. I'm not really good in English so before you people start getting annoyed by reading this please just watch this movie. Highly recommended! Good stuff from Taiwan!
